Oregon Expired License Information
If you fail to renew an active license before the license expiration date, you have one year to renew your license late. Please note: You cannot conduct professional real estate activity while your license is inactive or expired.
Expired Less Than 1 Year
- Complete the required continuing education.
- Log into your eLicense account:
- Enter continuing education class information in eLicense if you haven't yet.
- Pay state renewal fee + late fee.
- Maintain your continuing education records for 3 years from your renewal date.
- Your supervising principal broker or property manager must log into eLicense and transfer your license back to the business.
Expired Over 1 Year
