Oregon Continuing Education Requirements
Oregon real estate Broker, Principal Broker, and Property Manager licensees are required to complete 30 hours of approved continuing education biennially by the last day of the licensee's birth month. The education must include the 3-hour Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC).

Additional Information:
First-Time Renewals Brokers, Principal Brokers, or Property Managers renewing their license for the first time must complete 30 hours of education, including a 3-hour Law and Rule Required Course and a 27-hour Advanced Practices Course specific to their license type. Empire Learning does not currently offer Advanced Practices courses.
