This 12-hour continuing education package fulfills the annual CE requirements for renewal of an Indiana Broker license. It also satisfies the NAR Ethics requirement, if applicable. It does not satisfy the full requirements of a Managing Broker. Newly licensed Brokers are required to complete a 30-hour post-license course within 2 years of license issue date, which satisfies the CE requirement for the first two years of licensure. This package meets the requirements for your third or subsequent year of licensure. The package consists of the following four courses:

Instructional Format: All courses from Empire Learning are completed online and can be accessed in your account 24 hours a day, from anywhere with an internet connection. Course content consists of text, brief videos, and review questions to check your understanding throughout the course. To receive credit, you must pass the final exam presented at the end of the course. Please Note: The final exam cannot be submitted until the required amount of time has been spent in the course materials. |
