The Utah Division of Real Estate requires a seat timer to ensure that courses cannot be completed in less time than the approved number of hours. Licensees are only permitted to complete 8 hours of continuing education per day. Our learning management system manages both requirements for students.
Empire Learning is approved by the Utah Department of Commerce - Division of Real Estate to offer the courses shown above for continuing education credit for Utah real estate licensees. Each of the courses is individually certified and has a specific approval number that will be displayed on your completion certificate. Course approval can be verified by searching the Division of Real Estate database of approved courses.
8 Hour Per Day Limit: Utah regulations limit licensees to completing 8 hours of continuing education courses per day, so please plan accordingly.
First Time Renewals: Sales agents renewing their license for the first time are required to complete a 12-hour New Agent Course as part of their continuing education requirements. Empire Learning does not currently offer that course.
