Late Renewals - Expired Less Than 2 Years
If you missed the license renewal date, your license is considered “lapsed” and you will need to “reinstate” the license. You will be able to reinstate your license online. All CE requirements must be complete. View all additional details here.
Expired Between 2 and 5 Years
A license expired between 2 and 5 years can be reinstated by completing the pre-license course or by passing the state qualifying exam. You will be able to reinstate your license by submitting a reinstatement application. View all additional details here.
