Michigan Continuing Education Requirements
RECENT CHANGES FOR YOUR MICHIGAN LICENSE AND CONED REQUIREMENTS:
1. Your Real Estate License Expiration Date has changed: There is no longer an October 31 expiration date for all Michigan licensees. Your updated expiration date is when your license expires as well as your annual ConEd completion deadline throughout the 3-year license period. To lookup your license expiration date with the State of Michigan, click here.
2. NEW ConEd Requirement: As of February 13, 2024, all licensees must complete a minimum of 1-credit hour of courses annually that involves compliance with local, state, or federal fair housing laws. Please note that completion of a Fair Housing course prior to February 13, 2024 does not satisfy this requirement for the current year.
Empire Learning does have courses that satisfy this requirement.
