Indiana Continuing Education Requirements
Indiana Brokers are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education every year, for a total of 36 hours every three years. Courses can be completed in any Commission approved course.
Managing Brokers are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education every year, for a total of 36 hours every three years. At least 4 hours every year must be completed in a mandatory course covering the necessary business and management skills and legal knowledge needed by a managing broker. Empire Learning does not currently offer a course that meets this Managing Broker requirement.
New Broker Licensees: Newly licensed Brokers are required to complete a 30-hour post-license course within 2 years of your license issue date, which satisfies your CE requirements for the first two years. After the first two years, you are required to complete 12 hours of CE annually by June 30th. Empire Learning does not currently offer the 30-hour post-license course.
