Late Renewals - Expired Less Than 2 Years
If your license expired or became inactive after the preceding license term, you have until the end of the current license term to reinstate. To reinstate a broker, broker-salesperson, or salesperson license, applicants must complete the CE credits applicable in the preceding license term before submitting an application. Applicants must designate to the CE provider that the CE credit should be applied to the preceding license term. View all details here.
Expired Over 2 Years
A license expired more than 2 years cannot be reinstated. You should contact the New Jersey Real Estate Commission at (609) 292-7272.
