This package includes six required courses for first-time renewals in the topics of:

These individual courses are required for all first-time renewals. For first-time Broker renewals, the 3-hour Management & Supervision course is also required. This package also satisfies the NAR triennial Ethics requirement.

Licensees that have previously renewed their license at least one time can satisfy this portion of their requirement with these courses, plus Management & Supervision, OR the single 9-Hour Survey Course.

Details of Course Format

All courses from Empire Learning are completed online and can be accessed in your account 24 hours a day, from anywhere with an internet connection.

Course content consists of PDF study materials that you will download and read through, followed by an online exam for each course in the package. Per DRE regulations, a full 45 hours of CE cannot be completed in less than 6 days.

To receive credit, you must complete all sections of the course.

Each of the courses is individually approved and has a specific approval number that will be displayed on your completion certificate.
