This package includes 27 hours of Washington-approved elective CE courses. It is designed to fulfill the full renewal requirements for subsequent renewals of a Washington Broker or Managing Broker license if the 3-hour Core course has already been completed. First Time Renewals: This package fulfills 27 of your 90 required hours. In addition to this package and a 3-hour Core course, first time broker renewals are also required to complete a 30-hour Advanced Practices Course and 30-hour Real Estate Law Course. Instructional Format: All courses from Empire Learning are completed online and can be accessed in your account 24 hours a day, from anywhere with an internet connection. Course content consists of text, brief videos, and review questions to check your understanding throughout the course. To receive credit, you must pass the final exam presented at the end of the course. Please Note: The final exam cannot be submitted until the required amount of time has been spent in the course materials. |
