Each two-year renewal cycle, the Texas Real Estate Commission chooses a mandatory, core topic for all renewing broker licensees to complete. For licensees renewing in 2023 or 2024, this topic is to address the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas.

The Commission provides the text for the entire core course - we added videos and interactive exercises for a more enjoyable experience. The course covers scope and competency, fiduciary responsibilities, property management, trust accounts, delegated supervisors and teams, advertising and name registration, written policies, and additional broker duties.
