Pennsylvania Licensee Responsibilities & Recent Court Cases

For the 2022-2024 renewal cycle, all brokers must take at least 3 hours of CE covering the responsibilities of the broker and their licensees regarding property management, advertising, and general supervision, including how recent court cases have impacted each practice area. This approved course meets all requirements of the mandatory requirement.

This course aims to shed light on what the RELRA and other regulations say related to general licensee duties, advertising, and property management activities. Throughout the course, we will review recent Pennsylvania court cases and walk through their real-world implications.
