Healthy Homes

As real estate professionals, we need to be conscientious to ensure that the investment we are representing to our clients is not only a good value and meets their needs, but also that it is a healthy place for them to live and raise their children.

In an effort to achieve healthier housing, this course will take a look at the concerns and solutions regarding lead, asbestos, mold, air quality, radon, pesticides, and more. This course will delve deeply into each subject and suggest ways that we as professionals can look to eliminate these concerns.
