Approval Information

Empire Learning is approved by the Kansas Real Estate Commission to offer the courses shown above for continuing education credit for Kansas real estate licensees. Each of the courses is individually approved and has a specific approval number that will be displayed on your completion certificate.

Non Resident Kansas Licensees

Nonresidents must complete the Kansas mandatory hours, but may receive elective hours for courses approved by their state if:

  • the course was completed after the issue date of the Kansas license;
  • the course was completed within the current Kansas license renewal period; and
  • the licensee submits the Individual Request Form, fee, and all required documentation to kreceducation@ks.gov.
