This 30-hour continuing education package fulfills the full education requirements for second and subsequent renewals of a Washington Broker license, and all renewals of a Washington Managing Broker license. This package includes the Core and 3-hour Fair Housing course requirements.

If you have not taken the initial 6-hour Washington Real Estate Fair Housing course, then you must complete this course first. You can build a 30-Hr package with this course using the Custom Package option.

First Time Broker Renewals: This package fulfills 30 of your 90 required hours. In addition to this package, first-time broker renewals also require completion of the 30-hour Advanced Practices and 30-hour Real Estate Law Courses.
