This 36-hour continuing education package fulfills the full education requirements for renewal of an Iowa real estate license, including the required 8-hour Iowa Law course and a 4-hour Ethics course.
Due to COVID-19, the requirement that only 24 CE hours can be taken via distance education has been temporarily suspended for all licenses set to expire on December 31, 2022. All 36 CE hours may be completed via distance education for these licensees.
For all licenses set to expire on December 31, 2023, the requirement that only 24 hours can be taken via distance education is back in force.
