Healthy Home Fundamentals
As real estate professionals, we need to be conscientious to assure that the investments we are representing to our clients are not only a good value and meets their needs, but also that it is a healthy place for them to live and raise their children. In an effort to achieve healthier housing, this course will take a look at the concerns and solutions regarding lead, mold, carbon monoxide, and allergens. This course will delve deeply into each subject and suggest ways that we as professionals can look to eliminate these concerns.

Instructional Format: All courses from Empire Learning are completed online and can be accessed in your account 24 hours a day, from anywhere with an internet connection.
Course content consists of text, brief videos, and review questions to check your understanding throughout the course. To receive credit, you must pass the final exam presented at the end of the course. Please Note: The final exam cannot be submitted until the required amount of time has been spent in the course materials.
Empire Learning is approved by the Utah Department of Commerce - Division of Real Estate to offer the courses shown above for continuing education credit for Utah real estate licensees. Each of the courses is individually certified and has a specific approval number that will be displayed on your completion certificate. Course approval can be verified by searching the Division of Real Estate database of approved courses.
8 Hour Per Day Limit: Utah regulations limit licensees to completing 8 hours of continuing education courses per day, so please plan accordingly.
First Time Renewals: Sales agents renewing their license for the first time are required to complete a 12-hour New Agent Course as part of their continuing education requirements. Empire Learning does not currently offer that course.
