Cultural competency is defined as understanding cultural norms, preferences, and challenges within our diverse communities. This 4-hour course is designed to meet both the implicit bias and cultural competency requirements.

Course content consists of text, brief videos, and review questions to check your understanding throughout the course. To receive credit, you must pass the final exam presented at the end of the course.
