Wyoming Real Estate License Renewal Requirements

Wyoming real estate salespersons and associate brokers are required to complete 45 hours of approved continuing education triennially by December 31st of the third year the license is issued. The education must include at least 24 hours of mandatory education consisting of a minimum of 8 hours of Marketplace Issues, 8 hours of Practical Applications, and 8 hours of Contracting, Trusting, and Closing.

Wyoming real estate responsible brokers are required to complete 53 hours of approved continuing education triennially by December 31st of the third year the license is issued. The education must include the same 24 hours of required education for salespersons and associate brokers, but must also include 8 hours of the approved Broker Management Course for a total of 32 mandatory education hours.
