Wisconsin real estate licensees are required to complete 18 hours of approved continuing education biennially by December 14th of even-numbered years. The education must consist of 6 3-hour mandatory courses including Courses 1, 2, 3, and 4 and 2 of the 4 elective courses available which are listed below.
