DPOR does allow CE hours completed in the last 6 months of your license renewal above the requirements for renewal to carry over.  Click here for information regarding the Real Estate Board's "Carryover" Process.

FIRST RENEWAL?  All new active Salesperson licensees must complete 30 hours of post-license education (PLE) within one calendar year of obtaining their salesperson license in order to remain on active status.  No continuing education will be required of Salespersons for their first renewal period upon completing the PLE. However, any CE completed in the last 6 months prior to their subsequent license renewal period may be carried over for credit. Renewal Information

If you are within 60 days of expiration, you can renew online with DPOR.  DPOR does not require the CE course completions be reported prior to renewing your license online. If you renew your license online with DPOR prior to the CE course credits showing on DPOR's site, your license will be effectively renewed once the continuing education course credits are processed.
