South Carolina Continuing Education Requirements
South Carolina courses must be completed by June 30th. South Carolina real estate licensees are required to complete 10 hours of approved continuing education biennially. The education must consist of at least 4 hours in a commission-approved mandatory core course. Broker-in-Charge licensees must also complete a 4 hour mandatory BIC Duties and Responsibilities course (Empire Learning does not offer this course).
