What Are the Nevada Real Estate Continuing Education (CE) Requirements?
After the first license renewal, all licensees must complete 36 hours of continuing education every two years, including the following course categories:
- 3 hours Agency
- 6 hours Contracts
- 3 hours Ethics
- 3 hours Law & Legislation
- 3 hours Risk Reduction6 hours Broker management (Brokers and Broker-Salespersons only)

At least 18 of the required 36 hours must be taken through live instruction. There is no continuing education requirement for inactive license renewal, but inactive licenses must be renewed by the expiration date.
