Montana Real Estate License Renewal Requirements
Montana real estate licensees are required to complete 12 hours of approved continuing education annually by October 31st. The education must consist of 12 elective hours that best align with daily practices of real estate.
All new salespersons will receive an interim license that will require a completion of the New License Mandatory Continuing Education class (commonly referred to as the Rookie Course), and must include the current license year's Broker/Salesperson Core Course to renew the license by October 31st.
