What Are the Indiana Real Estate Continuing Education (CE) Requirements?
All active and unassigned Brokers and Managing Brokers must complete 12 hours of CE each year, totaling 36 hours every three years for license renewal. There is no required course category or topic for Brokers; however, Managing Brokers must complete 4 hours of CE dedicated to the necessary business and management skills and legal knowledge needed by a managing broker, and 8 hours in any category or course topic..
All inactive and referral licensees are not required to complete CE.

When Is Indiana Real Estate Continuing Education Due?
The annual 12 hours of continuing education must be completed by June 30 each year. For the current license term:

July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026. 12 Hours CE

How Can I Check My Indiana Real Estate License Status and Renewal Deadline?
