Hawaii Real Estate License Renewal Requirements
Hawaii real estate licensees are required to complete 20 hours of continuing education biennially by November 30th of even-numbered years. The education must consist of at least 8 hours of commission designated Core courses.
Current commission designated Core courses include a legislative update and condominium sale, structure, and governance.
