Empire Learning is proud to be an approved CE provider in Florida!
Sales Associate and Broker licenses expire every two years on either March 31 or September 30, based on the date you passed the license exam. All licensees are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education for renewal, consisting of 3 hours of Core Law, 3 hours of Ethics and Business Practices, and 8 hours of specialty education.
All initial licensees are required to complete Post License education for the first renewal cycle. Sales Associates Post License education is 45 hours while Associate Brokers and Brokers are required to complete the 60-hour Post License education. We apologize Empire Learning does not offer Post Licensing education at this time.

Involuntary Inactive License - Up to 12 Months After Expiration
If your license expiration date passed and you did not renew your license, your license becomes involuntary inactive status, preventing you from engaging in real estate activities. You have 12 months to complete your continuing education and pay the renewal and late fees to DBPR to reactivate your license.
Involuntary Inactive License - 12 to 24 Months After Expiration
To renew a license that has been expired for more than twelve months, you must complete a 28-hour reactivation education course and pay all renewal fees that are due on your renewal application. We apologize Empire Learning does not offer this education at this time.
