When Is Florida Real Estate Continuing Education Due?

Florida continuing education must be completed by the license expiration date, which falls on either March 31 or September 30 depending on the license cycle. If the date falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day at midnight EST.

How Does Florida Verify My CE Completion?

Approved providers report CE completions directly to the Florida DBPR. Licensees should also keep a copy of course completion certificates for their personal records. Empire Learning reports course completions every business day.

Renewal can be completed online through your DBPR Online Account. You will need your login information and must pay the required renewal fee.

Licensees with an involuntary inactive license must complete a 28-hour reactivation course before the expiration date.
